vintage Story book doll swivel head, sleepy eyes

Description

This doll has her original tag "Topsy". She is made of a hard plastic. Her eyes open and close, her head  turns and her legs move. Pretty Cool Doll! I believe her hair is made of mohair. She stands approximately 5 1/2 ' tall. There was a  bit of white substance on her arms that I gently rubbed off. She had been in a china hutch many years in a lovely home. From a smoke free home.
