Vintage Nancy Ann Story Book Hard Plastic Sleepy Eye Doll 5.5" with Poppy Dress

Item: Vintage Nancy Ann Storybook doll. Measures about 5.5".
Condition: Doll and clothing are dusty / dingy, the dress has creases, holes/tatters, and some staining, as you can see in photos.  Her underwardrobe has old unstuck adhesive as its means of closure, also featured in pictures. Her sleepy eyes work. This may be a replacement wig, I am unsure, it is glued at the back of the head. I do not believe the dress or hat to be original to the doll. Hat is attached somehow.
