Vintage Nancy Ann Story Book doll Valentine 9" early hard plastic 1950s

Description

For BIN- a vintage 9" Nancy Ann Story Book doll from the early 1950s dressed as a Valentine girl. She is hard plastic but has the look of the earlier bisque dolls with the painted eyes. She has think blonde hair Painted eyes with upper lashes and red lips. Her neck, shoulders and hips are jointed. She wears a red felt bonnet with a net lace bow trim, Her bodice is red satin  and her full skirt is white satin with small red dots and a red felt heart in the front center at the hemline. He shoes are pained black. She is wearing light cotton pantaloons. All clothing is original. she is tied to a big red cardboard heart with a red ribbon which is tied with a bow so easy to remove her if you wish. The back of the card board heard has a name written in pencil. The child's name who owned it I presume.
She is in good condition. She does not appear to have been played with too much. She was well cared for.

I live 30 miles north of Philadelphia, PA. and I buy all my items from flea markets, yard sales, estate sales and auctions. I do not know if the owners had pets or smoked cigarettes, cigars, etc. Please look at the photos carefully as they are part of the description and ask any questions you need to ask.
