RARE Vintage 4” NASB Nancy Ann Storybook Baby CONFIRMATION Doll in Correct Box

Out of a local estate sale comes this wonderful rare  NASB Nancy Ann Story Book vintage 1940s 4” baby doll wearing long christening dress in correct box with CONFIRMATION on the label. Her mold mark reads Story Book Doll USA.   Her long gown is  organza trimmed with 3 rows of delicate lace-same lace is at the waist.  Same lace trims the arm edges of the top. The long under skirt/slip  is satin with the same lace trim She has her original muslin  diaper with tiny safely pin. Same tiny safety pin closes in the back.   Her arms and legs are articulated- they move. Her tiny eyes open and close easily.  The doll looks to be in perfect condition-not even any rubs in her molded painted "hair". The diaper and dress also look pretty perfect. The satin under skirt/slip has what look like age spots on it. Not visible unless you pull up the over skirt. I can't figure out how that got spots and the dress didn't???  A rare and wonderful addition to a collection. No reserve Buyer pays shipping based on location-I'm in NY.
