Notre Dame Riddell Speed Football Helmet Textured Shiny Gold Hydro FX Irish 3D

This is a Notre Dame Fighting Irish Football Helmet.  Brand:  Riddell - Speed
I purchased three(3) of these Notre Dame helmets from an estate sale. I dabble around with Riddell helmets and their parts,
so I can tell you a few things about this one. This is a real Riddell "Speed" helmet with all the correct inner inflatable pads and cloth liner.
It has been used at one point. (I'm not sure by who or when. No paperwork.) I can say it looks like it was refinish after it was used.
It does have the correct Notre Dame's textured shiny gold chrome finish. (Some people call it "Hydro" or "FX".) I believe it takes
a custom multi "dip" procedure to achieve this look and texture.
The outer finish is like new. (No marks, scratches or chips.)  I listed it as "Pre-owned" but it's like near perfect.
It would make a great addition to anyone's collection or trophy case.
It has the correct 3D "IRISH" bumpers that the team is currently using along with the US flag, NCAA pennant and warning labels on the rear of the helmet.
It comes with a new white Riddell hard cup chin strap.
