One-Two Button My Shoe 113 from the Mother Goose Series. 5.5” sleepy eye plastic doll. Her eyes open and close properly. Her head is stiff and her arms move but her legs are also stiff. She wears an outfit with a blue and white striped taffeta bodice and a dark blue skirt. There is a row of red cord on the bodice and one on the skirt. Underneath she has mid-calf bloomers in the same fabric as the bodice with a row of red cord near the hems. Blue is a nice deep color, not faded. Dress is very crisp and I see no holes, tears or stains. Small gold snap in back. She has the black boots with white painted “buttons”. There is a little bit of paint loss on her shoes. She wears a round dark blue felt pancake hat with red cord and two red cherries, tied with red ribbon. Her auburn hair retains much of its original set. She has her correctly labeled box and her wrist tag. Box and lid may have typical foxing and discoloration due to age. There are two cardboard braces in the box. The silver label is a little rough on the bottom edge. There is a small tear in one corner of the lid. Stored in a nonsmoking and pet free home.
