    Description

    Up for auction is a DELIGHTFUL, VERY PRETTY, NICE CONDITION, vintage, NANCY ANN STORYBOOK 6 1/2", HARD PLASTIC DOLL, with SLEEP EYES and a FANCY DRESS and HAT, MADE in the U.S.A.  Her dress is a stiff organdy / chiffon with printed GOLD ACCENTS and GOLD BRAID TRIM, with a GOLD SNAP CLOSURE on the BACK.  She's wearing a FELT HAT with GOLD TRIM around the BRIM, and a FEATHER for DECORATION.  The DRESS is LINED on the SKIRT PART and she's wearing LONG PANTIES / BLOOMERS UNDERNEATH.  Her BACK is MARKED "STORYBOOK DOLLS U.S.A. TRADEMARK."  Her HAIR is BRUNETTE and BEAUTIFULLY STYLED.  The dress has a couple of areas of separation of the material from the gold braid on the front at the bottom (see photo #10).  This could probably be stitched somehow or left as is.  THIS IS A PRETTY DOLL with a LOVELY DRESS . . . PERHAPS YOU NEED HER FOR YOUR COLLECTION!
