Delightful and very hard to find, 4 7/8 inch tall, all bisque,
early issue,
Nancy Ann storybook doll is
incised only
:
JAPAN
with
jointed legs
and arms wit
h pudgy tummy,
molded socks and molded bangs
beneath her original long thick wavy, dark brown curly hair with side part & ribbon ties (no bonnet). Circa,
1936-37, p
robably from their  "Around the World" series and listed as

first NASB, red cover, "Encyclopedia of Nancy Ann Story Book Dolls") this little sweetheart with be a great addition to your collection ♥ as she is in perfect condition with lovely molded and painted features, short arms and wearing all her original clothing (with orig. pins) dark
blue/green dress
with red and white ribbon trim having an attached little organdy apron, white cotton bodice with short sleeves trimmed with matching lace and felt vest over slip and short panties. She also has perfectly painted black slippers and adorable molded socks. She has no lifting paint, no paint flakes, no chips or nicks, no cracks or hairlines and no repairs. She also has no fading, stains or odors as she is from a smoke free home. Other NASB dolls shown are
not included
and listed separately.
