    Description

    These 3 dolls are in the line-up of the first 4 Nancy Ann Storybook Dolls produced. Numbers 56, 57, and 58.  They are the older dolls first produced from the late 1930's to the early 1940's. It includes Colonial Dame #56 with frozen legs and jointed arms, Southern Belle #57 with frozen legs and jointed arms (notice she has frayed ribbon trim along her hem line), and Western Miss #58 with frozen legs and jointed arms.  All of them are painted bisque porcelain. The hair is made of molded mohair.  While they have the pouty look, they do not have the pudgy tummy.
    There are no repairs, cracks, chips, or peculiar odors and these dolls come from a smoke free environment.
