This is an ADVERTISING LETTERHEAD from W. A. Smith, dealers in dry goods, groceries, boots, shoes, hats, etc., in Huntsville, Texas in the year 1885.  It's approximate size is 9 1/2" X 6".  It is in good condition with normal letter folds and 2 file holes at the top.
H. Randolph is who hand wrote and signed this letter at Huntsville, Texas (also signed by C. A. Randolph at bottom).
THE "EBAY ITEM" THING IS JUST A LOOSE PIECE OF PAPER and is not attached to the letter.
