12 Bisq Nancy Ann Doll of Month January thru December 4 Boxes Tags #187 to #198

Description

This is a lovely collection of the  12 Nancy Ann Storybook Dolls of the Month. These young ladies are the older dolls first produced from the late 1930's to the early 1940's. The gang's all here, #187 January through #198 December. Each of them are painted bisque porcelain with frozen legs and jointed arms. March has a socket head. The hair is made of mohair.  There are 2 with original tags (January and November).  You only see 3 boxes, but after these pictures I located the box for August- so there are
4 original boxes
. They all retain their original tissue paper that was wrapped around their legs for protection. I regret to inform you that April and June have arms that have separated due to a string issue - but that can be repaired, I just don't know how to re-string so I'll leave that up to you.  They are all 6" tall except for May who is 5" tall.
There are no stains or peculiar odors and these dolls come from a smoke free environment.
